Tony Pino, serving as an intelligence analyst on the TECOM AtN Training Team (TATT) Exercise Design Team, was recently recognized as the Mobius Employee of the Quarter for the 1st Quarter of 2013.
Prior to joining the Mobius Team in July 2011, Tony served as a Marine Team plank holder at the Joint Training C-IED Operations Integration Center (JTCOIC), later re-designated as the Training Brain Operations Center (TBOC), where he prepared soldiers and Marines for future threats through focused intelligence analysis of pre-deployment units’ future areas of operation.
Transitioning from the Marine Team to the TATT, Tony continues to incorporate real-world threats into exercise scenarios ranging from Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) level mission rehearsal exercises (MRX) sponsored by the MAGTF Staff Training Program (MSTP) to individual battalion field training exercises (FTX) in Virginia, North Carolina, and California.
At each level, his expertise and professional relationship with uniformed and civilian exercise leads has greatly contributed to the success of the team.
Recently, in support of Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1), he developed several intelligence products that facilitated student planning and execution of multiple assault support missions during Weapons and Tactics (WTI) Course 2-13.
In support of 3d Marine Regiment, he skillfully transferred specific U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM) geographic locales to Hawaiian training areas thus providing notional exercise scenarios in support of future training.
As a valued member of the Mobius team, Tony has demonstrated the initiative, hard work, and dedication necessary for team success, and is in keeping with Mobius’ Shared Values of Earning Customer Loyalty, Teamwork, Integrity, and Respect.
Congratulations to Tony!
