Kelley Ward, a Marine Corps Program Control Support Analyst, was recognized as the Mobius Employee of the Year for 2009 at a ceremony held in Quantico Virginia on March 1st 2010.
Kelley joined the Mobius team in May of 2008 after having worked with several other large defense contracting firms. In her current capacity, Kelley works on a daily basis with a wide range of Mobius Employees across a broad spectrum of billet responsibilities. She works extensively with the “on-boarding” process for new Employees as well as ongoing issues related to time-sheet accountability, travel requests and expense reports for all Employees working in support of the Military Training Service and Support (MTSS), MCTOG, I MEF and III MEF Contracts. These Contracts include Employees spread across every time zone of the Continental United States along with Hawaii and Okinawa, Japan. The span of her responsibilities involves providing support for almost 70 Employees. Additionally, Kelley assists in the drafting of new contract proposals and she also travels extensively in direct support of the JRTC project in Fort Polk, Louisiana.
Kelley’s level of effort over the last year has made her an integral member of the Mobius Team. In recognition of contributions to the success and reputation of Mobius, Kelley was selected as Employee of the Year for 2009.
