Jacob Park, a Fires Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) Advisory Training Cell (ATC) in Okinawa, Japan, has been recognized for his contributions to the success and reputation of Mobius and the III MEF ATC and was selected as the Mobius Employee of the Quarter for the third quarter of 2010 at a ceremony held at the Special Operations Training Group (SOTG) headquarters in Okinawa, Japan.
Jacob joined the Mobius team in August of 2009 as a Fires SME and has since become an all around duty expert in every area of instruction provided by the III MEF ATC. Working with the other SME’s, Jacob has become the “go to guy” for assistance. Over the last quarter, Jacob has had a hand in nearly every area of instruction we have conducted. His efforts to become familiar with the material of the other instructors allowed the team to conduct multiple simultaneous classes between three Transition Teams (TT) and our regularly scheduled Pre-deployment Training Program (PTP) classes. Jacob was able to fill in or assist as needed to free up the other team members and this gave the team the flexibility to run simultaneous training structured for the needs of the different classes on deck. Jacob’s efforts were instrumental in our success over the last quarter and are in keeping with the Mobius Shared Values of Earning Customer Loyalty, Teamwork, Integrity, and Respect.
Jacob, whose ongoing display of effort is paramount to the success of Mobius, continues to be a valued member of Mobius and the III MEF ATC team.
