We are happy to announce that Chad Pervier has been recognized as the Mobius Employee of the Quarter for Q3, 2012. Chad has been with Mobius since November of 2011 and supports exercises and instruction at the Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group at Twentynine Palms, CA.
To quote the customer on site at 29 Palms:
“Chad and the team here at MCTOG demonstrate the true meaning of SME through their actions on a daily basis. In addition to the exercise support he provides to our units as part of our pre-deployment training, Chad has been instrumental in the development of material we use during our classroom instruction. His expertise is routinely called upon as we continue to improve the training material in order to provide the best support for Marines. Every unit that Chad has supported knows that he is 100% dedicated in helping them succeed. An example of his commitment to the success of our units is what I like to refer to as, ‘Service after the sale!’ Chad, along with the other members of the team, always offer our units the opportunity for additional training above the routine exercise support and instruction. The opportunity for follow-up training with our units has received high praise from training units and helped us to establish a model for support that will be enduring for the Training Team.”
Chad works tirelessly as a member of the team to ensure that the mission is accomplished. His continued perseverance on multiple exercises only shows his commitment to the company, the Marines and our core values.
The above endorsement of the customer, combined with written praise of Chad’s work received from his Site Lead and fellow Mobius employees, make it clear that it is high time Chad’s efforts are recognized and rewarded. Chad is presented with his Employee of the Quarter plaque and unit coin from the commanding officer and Director of the Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group.
